Care Package Process

STEP 1

When meeting you for the first time I would like to get to know you, and discover how New Wings Ltd can enhance your well being and support you or your loved ones to remain independent within their own environment.

STEP 2

Assessing your care needs. This will form the basis for an individual care plans and risk assessments that the Support Staff will follow.

Assigning you the right member of Support Staff. At the heart of our service is companionship and friendship so it's nice to know there are common interests or life experiences to share.

All care is carried out by professional Support Staff who will hold an enhanced DBS and will be highly trained.

STEP 3

STEP 4

We will offer a competitive price plan for the level of care needed.

There are no long term fixed contracts and we know life circumstances often change so are open to flexibility.

There are no hidden costs, all equipment needed to carry out care is provided by New Wings Ltd such as gloves, face masks and aprons, as well as transport costs getting to your location.

We can also discuss the best payment method for you and can invoice monthly, weekly or one-off care.

Privacy to your personal information, medical conditions and bank details is paramount, it will be stored safely and will not be given to any third party or company outside of New Wings employment and only then is your information disclosed to Support Staff on a 'need to know basis'.

STEP 5

Once a start date has been agreed we start the service and we track the progress of our level of care with weekly reports that provide a timeline both in developments in your medical care but also in your mental wellbeing.

STEP 6

Reviewing, research and feedback.

We are always here to listening and react to how you feel the level of care is going and assess on any changes if needed as we grow together.

We can also incorporate changes in the medical market to improve certain conditions and keep our Support Staff trained in the latest techniques or equipment.
